Za pravilen prerez potrebujete nož, desko in vrč z toplo vodo. Za lažje rezanje postavite torto iz hladilnika 15-20 min pred razrezom. Pazite, da je nož dovolj oster in ne pretanek ali predolg. Nujna uporaba tople vode v vrču, za redno čiščenje noža med rezanjem. Priporočam, da pri postrežbi kosov, iz vogalov že odrezane torte, porežete masleno kremo, da je torta res okusna.
